Job title: Program Manager
Location: Hartford, Connecticut

Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support project activities associated with the HR1 Program and initiatives aimed at reducing SNAP error rates and improving operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate across business, operational, policy, and technology teams to ensure alignment on program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective action plans related to SNAP error reduction efforts.
- Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and status reports highlighting key metrics, program progress, issues, and achievements.
- Facilitate leadership, governance, and operational meetings focused on program performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track action items and follow through with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables and program objectives.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting large-scale government, public sector, human services, benefits administration, or healthcare programs.
- Experience working on initiatives involving program compliance, eligibility operations, quality improvement, or performance management.
- Familiarity with SNAP, Medicaid, social services programs, or other public assistance programs is strongly preferred.
