Job Description

Project Manager We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Austin. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our ground up commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction project Create and manage project budgets Ensure adherence to project timelines Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met Address any issues that may arise during the project Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager Strong knowledge of the ground up construction processes, materials, and regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented and organized Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus If you are a dedicated Construction Project Manager looking for a challenging opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
