Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Dallas, TX Job Description: Oversee a variety of commercial construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work. Address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Manage project documentation and recordkeeping. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. Proven 3+ years experience in commercial project management within the construction industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Proficiency in project management software. Certification in project management is a plus.
