Haven Services LLC is a $100MM residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services and contracting company (the "Company"). As a wholly owned operating company of Watermark Investors Fund I, L.P., Haven is executing a strategic growth plan to scale to $200MM in revenue by 2031.

This growth requires disciplined execution across acquisitions, systems integration, operational standardization, and cross-functional initiatives. The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving these efforts forward by ensuring projects are executed efficiently, consistently, and aligned with Haven's strategic priorities.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing cross-functional initiatives across the organization, including IT and systems integrations, construction and service operations tools, financial process improvements, HR/legal initiatives, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement projects.

This role partners closely with executive leadership, functional leaders, and field teams to translate strategic priorities into structured, actionable plans ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Haven's operational standards.

The Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination, driving accountability, visibility, and execution discipline across all major initiatives.

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Project Leadership & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end project management for cross-functional initiatives across all business units
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with leadership priorities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  1. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Facilitate communication between corporate functions and field teams across multiple locations
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and resource constraints early and proactively address them
  1. Systems & Integration Projects
  • Support integration of acquired businesses into Haven platforms ( HRIS, payroll, CRM, operational systems)
  • Lead implementation and optimization of tools such as Service Titan, Paylocity, and other core systems
  • Ensure consistency and standardization across locations and functions
  1. Process Improvement & Standardization
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and standardize processes
  • Implement scalable solutions that support Haven's growth strategy
  • Drive adoption of best practices across departments and locations
  1. Financial & Operational Projects
  • Support initiatives tied to budgeting, reporting, and operational performance tracking
  • Assist in implementation of financial systems, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
  • Ensure alignment between operational execution and financial objectives
  1. HR, Legal & Compliance Initiatives
  • Support rollout of company-wide programs ( training, policy implementation, compliance initiatives)
  • Partner with HR and Legal to ensure projects meet regulatory and organizational requirements
  • Assist in change management and communication strategies
  1. Marketing & Sales Initiatives
  • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and sales process improvements
  • Support implementation of CRM enhancements and customer experience initiatives
  • Track performance metrics and ensure alignment with revenue growth goals

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP): Recognized as the "gold standard," requiring 3-5 years of experience, a degree ( or equivalent), and 35 hours of training.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a multi-site, service-based, or construction-related environment required
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple departments

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Experience with project management tools ( Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Familiarity with systems such as HRIS/payroll platforms ( Paylocity), CRM systems, and field service tools ( Service Titan)
  • trong understanding of business operations, financial drivers, and process improvement methodologies

Working Conditions
