Job Description

We're seeking a Reconstruction Project Coordinator to support residential and commercial restoration efforts across the Greater Boston area. This field-based role blends coordination, documentation, and on-site support to help keep post-damage reconstruction projects moving efficiently and on budget.

What You'll Do as the Reconstruction Project Coordinator:

Coordinate daily schedules for field crews to maintain project timelines
Document project progress with detailed logs, including status updates, personnel tracking, and site photos/videos
Use company software to track project workflows and assist with weekly reporting
Monitor daily costs and support overall budget management
Help organize materials, subcontractor schedules, and field communications
Provide hands-on support at job sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Must-Haves as the Reconstruction Project Coordinator:

Background in construction, engineering, or restoration work
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites (company vehicle may be available later)
Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as needed
Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred

Nice-to-Haves as the Reconstruction Project Coordinator:

Experience in water/fire/mold restoration
Familiarity with insurance-related project workflows
Previous use of restoration or project tracking software
