We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in water infrastructure construction or very related heavy/industrial construction to add to our growing team in the Northern Virginia region.

Qualifications

BS in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years experience in Water Infrastructure Construction or very related heavy/industrial construction.
Experience successfully leading teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Project Manager Daily Life

Project Leadership & Communication Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing regular updates and reporting to key stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Safety Management Champion and actively drive the company's Zero Injury Safety Program, fostering a culture of safety accountability across all project teams and job sites.
Schedule, Budget & Cost Control Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, establish budgets, and implement proactive cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial targets.
Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination Build and maintain productive working relationships with subcontractors and vendors, overseeing the contract awarding process to ensure seamless project execution.
Train & Develop assigned staff including project Engineers, Co-op/Interns.
