MISCOwater is hiring a Project Manager in Irvine, CA. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordination on assigned projects to help ensure schedule, cost, and budget are met. Will be required to interact professionally with owners, engineers, field staff, subcontractors, general contractors and suppliers. This position requires working on-site in our Irvine, CA office.
What you'll do:
- Knowledge of plans, specifications and estimates as relates to the compliance for the project requirements
- Organize and maintain all project documentation between engineers, owners, subcontractors, vendors and general contractors.
- Review, prepare and submit submittals for approval by owner and engineer
- Support team with interpretation of plans and specifications
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and schedules
- Review, prepare and submit RFIs for approval by owner and engineer
- Perform all project closeout items including review and submit all equipment O&M manuals, start up schedules, and warranties.
- Assist Senior Project Manager with all financial documentation as relates to the project including: Change Order Requests, Change Orders, and Pay Applications, Contract negotiations.
Background/Experience:
- At least 3 years of project coordination experience working with General Contractors building water/wastewater treatment plants
- Knowledge of plans, specifications, and estimates as it relates to the compliance for the project requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with project management tools/ software
- Ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA
Compensation:
- $105,000 -$130,000 a year depending on experience
