  • Own Project Financials: Track project costs, review financial performance, manage change orders, and make timely adjustments to support project profitability.
  • Coordinate Field Operations: Partner with Area Supervisors, Foremen, and service teams to develop schedules that align customer expectations, equipment lead times, and field availability. Provide clear scope, schedule, and budget information before work begins.
  • Manage Procurement & Vendor Relationships: Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes, negotiate pricing and timelines, and coordinate equipment, materials, and labor resources.
  • Build Customer Relationships & Drive Sales: Communicate throughout the project lifecycle, recommend service solutions, address concerns, and pursue opportunities to achieve individual sales goals.
  • Maintain Documentation & Closeout: Keep contracts, change orders, project reports, and company systems current, and prepare complete project closeout packages.
  • Support Team Performance: Manage and mentor assigned support personnel, where applicable, delegate responsibilities, and identify opportunities to improve project execution and service operations.
  • Promote Safety & Compliance: Ensure project work follows applicable safety requirements, industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
