About the Role:

As a Project Manager at Valiant Group LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage project teams, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your leadership and communication skills will be key in driving project success while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from planning to closeout.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates, documentation, and reports to stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
Manage change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and other project-related communications.
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in construction project management.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
