Venteon is currently seeking a Project Manager to fill an opening with a company located in Troy, MI.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an in-field Project Management position, working hands-on at construction sites, collaborating with clients, and working closely with internal teams.

The role is based in-office/on-site and is available due to company growth.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Coordinating with the estimating department and project superintendent to review and document all field requirements for assigned projects.

Attending all job site coordination meetings and serving as the liaison with other contractors to ensure effective exchange of information, job status updates, and fulfillment of all requirements.

Maintaining accurate reports of material requisitions, back charges, credits, labor, and extra work orders.

Submitting monthly overview reports to Finance and the Executive Team to communicate project status in relation to budget, timeline, and profitability.

WHAT IS REQUIRED

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field, or completion of an electrical apprenticeship.

Minimum of 5 years experience working in electrical construction.

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the field directing a team.

Strong project management experience and a solid understanding of electrical schematics and regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

Electrical Masters License.
