Job Description
Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager required to join a leading national MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) contractor in New Albany, Ohio. The successful Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager will oversee and manage a team of established Project Managers, Project Engineers and subcontractors with the construction of a data center. The ideal Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager will have expereince in major construction development projects, hyperscale or data center projects.Package:
- $130,000 - $150,000 salary

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams from initiation through completion
- Facilitate strategic planning meetings with internal stakeholders and clients
- Take accountability for safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction
- Oversee and manage budgets across multiple concurrent projects
- Identify risks, allocate resources effectively, and drive profitability
- Mentor junior project engineers and managers, supporting onboarding and development
- Communicate training needs and succession planning insights to leadership
- Travel occasionally as project demands require
- 5–7 years of project engineering or project management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline or related field
- Demonstrated success managing large, technically complex construction projects
- Strong financial acumen and budget management capability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
