What You'll Own:

Drive end-to-end project management for high-end residential renovations
Oversee budgets, timelines, scopes, and deliverables with precision
Lead clear, proactive communication with clients, vendors, and crews
Manage procurement, planning, permitting, and on-site execution
Coordinate field teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety
Uphold the WORKS by JD standard-exceptional outcomes and delighted clients

What You Bring:

Experience in project management, construction, architecture, or estimating
Deep knowledge of residential remodeling practices and building codes
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfort with Microsoft Office and construction software/workflows
Ability to travel locally within 1 hour of Beverly, MA
