EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY

• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and autonomously

• Expert knowledge of Metal Roofing (Required)
• Basic knowledge of residential and commercial construction
• Bilingual (Preferred)

DETAILED JOB FUNCTIONS

• Enforce safety regulations.
• Tracks all projects from start to completion of construction, communicating clearly and effectively verbally and in writing with coworkers and customers on project status.
• Coordinate sub-contractors to start the job.
• Approve invoices for Subcontractors assigned to your specific project
• Ensure quality by inspecting jobs and performance
• Maintains records of jobs performed, departmental charge codes, and hours worked by employees.
• Recommends improvements, changes, or new techniques and procedures.
• Monitors jobs to ensure quality and proper compliance with job standards.
• Prepare Work Orders if necessary for jobs under construction.
• Inspects installation of gutters for compliance with plans/permits, specifications, and schedule.
• Liaison between customers
• Managing multiple projects from pre-construction meetings to completion
• Managing and monitoring all project costs to meet budgetary guidelines
• Reporting job progress through the CRM system (Acculynx)
• Scheduling project inspections and managing jobs through to completion
