EnviroMix Project Manager

Position Summary:

The Project Manager (PM) position is the main customer point of contact for assigned projects - from receipt of order to final project close-out/payment. The PM will interact with external customers: contractors, consulting engineers, and end-users. The PM will interact with internal customers: Finance, Production, and Engineering. The PM’s main goals are to deliver projects on time and within budget to maintain timing of revenue forecast value prepared by Finance. The PM will provide exceptional customer service. Creating and maintaining project schedules while providing clear, timely and frequent communication with all customers is paramount.

Job Description:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Serve as point of contact from submittal approval through project completion
  • Manage and coordinate deliveries with production department to customers to meet schedule requirements
  • Coordinate project billings with financial department
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure product installation and performance are aligned with company standards
  • Coordinate and participate in commissioning activities with internal and external teams
  • Travel to project sites for inspections, training, testing, and other commissioning services up to 30% of time
  • Manage project closeout activities and documentation to ensure timely completion
  • Oversee warranty and aftermarket activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technology-related environment.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
