Job Title: Technical Project Manager/Program ManagementLocation: Santa Clara, CAOnsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer locationRole Summary:Technical Project Manager 3 to lead end to end cross-functional project execution. Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, manage risk, and help deliver complex technical programs on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program execution for new product development initiatives from concept planning through development, validation, implementation, and launch readinessDrive project through the phase-gate product development process, ensuring alignment on milestones, deliverables, risks, and key decisions at each stageBuild and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk management strategies to support successful executionPartner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issuesLead project reviews and provide clear communication on status, risks, mitigation plans, and decisions to stakeholders and leadershipTrack deliverables through dashboards, action-item logs, reports, and checklists to maintain accountability and follow-throughIdentify program obstacles, analyze root causes, and drive cross-functional solutions to keep development efforts on trackHelp teams navigate tradeoffs related to scope, schedule, cost, and technical executionMonitor project cost performance and support progress against financial and operational objectivesContribute to process improvements that strengthen execution, team effectiveness, and new product development outcomesKey QualificationsExperience in technical program management, project management, or a related role supporting complex product or technology development effortsExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholdersStrong experience building and managing project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverablesExperience supporting new product development or other complex technical programsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence without direct authority and build consensus across teams with competing prioritiesRequirementsEducation: Bachelor s degree in engineeringExperience: 4 - 7 Years.
