Role:-Onsite LeadLocation:-New Jersey, Iselin(Oniste ole)JD:ResponsibilitiesOverall delivery-ownership, governance, planning, tracking, and stakeholder reporting. Act as the primary onsite interface between factory team and client application teamsManage application intake, readiness validation, access coordination, and schedule alignmentDefine upgrade waves by application criticality, technology stack, dependency complexity, and business priorityCoordinate with client stakeholders, application owners, security teams, DevOps teams, and release managersTrack throughput metrics such as applications assessed, upgrades completed, builds passed, test failures, handovers, and closuresManage risks, blockers, escalations, change windows, and application team dependenciesEnsure factory team follows agreed processes, documentation standards, and handover proceduresPrepare weekly status reports, steering committee updates, and operational dashboardsSupport stakeholder communication and escalation resolutionSkillsStrong project/program management experience in application modernization, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering programs.Understanding of CI/CD, application dependency management, security vulnerability remediation, and release governance.Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platformsAbility to manage distributed onsite/offshore teamshe pay range for this role is- per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
