Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and design a wide variety of projects in the multi-use, residential, commercial, educational, and other categories. Requirements NJ P.E. Preferred E.I.T. Required 5 - 10 years of relevant experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or other stormwater design software Experience in land development and site design preferred Knowledge of Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design Ability to navigate regulatory agency permitting (e.g., NJDEP) and subdivision and site plan approvals. Must have NJ experience and know regulations in NJ. Strong work ethic and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to manage and design multiple concurrent projects Position Description Oversee and design a wide variety of projects, from small to large, in the multi-use, residential, commercial, educational, etc., categories. Manage and develop site design (from conception through final approval), stormwater management design, grading, erosion and sedimentation control, site investigation, and research of state and local regulations and design standards. Prepare or assist with concept plans, site plans, and subdivision plans and reports. Must have fundamental knowledge of stormwater management design. Regular coordination/communication with contractors, clients, sub-consultants, and other team members.
