  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders

This is a locally focused role, with projects based in the Austin area—no extensive travel or relocation from site to site.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, local projects

Additional Qualifications:

  • Stable work history (not seeking candidates focused on short-term mega project assignments)
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes

Benefits & Compensation

  • Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Paid time off and holidays
