Job Description

Project Manager/Estimator | $75k-$85k/yearly

Monday-Friday (Friday's half days)

Are you a "pivot pro" in the construction world? A South Sioux area company is seeking a dual-threat Project Manager/Estimator to join their team. This role is for the professional who enjoys the thrill of the "win" during the bidding process and the satisfaction of seeing a project through to the final walk through. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you’re looking for meaningful work that leaves a lasting mark, this is your next move.

Responsibilities:

Conduct precise project revenue and cost forecasting for company profitability.
Lead estimating efforts and ensure a consistent bid-to-build process.
Coordinate with key stakeholders to manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
Develop comprehensive project plans and foster strong client relationships.
Maintain databases and negotiate terms with vendors.

Requirements:

Preference for an industry-related degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling, estimating, Bluebeam Revu software, and industry practices.
15+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in estimating.
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and construction knowledge essential.
