About the Position

The company is seeking a Project Manager to join our their growing team in Tempe, AZ. This individual will play a key leadership role in managing all aspects of project execution—from preconstruction through closeout—on complex commercial construction projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale developments in a rapidly growing market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or multifamily projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost control
  • Experience leading project teams and coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
