Join Reputable GC With Strong Pipeline Of Commercial Healthcare ProjectsExcellent opportunity to work for a reputable GC in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. This reputable company boasts a positive company culture, an excellent work/life balance, and a strong pipeline of healthcare construction work. They are looking to add Project Managers to their construction team who will grow within the department to help lead the pre-construction team.Job DescriptionManage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and leadership.Ensure compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, NFPA, OSHA, and healthcare-specific requirements.Oversee infection control risk assessments (ICRA) and interim life safety measures (ILSM).Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls.Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting repeat business opportunities.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management.Proven experience with AHCA guidelines and healthcare-specific construction regulations.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in project management software.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.What's On OfferCompetitive salary and bonus structure
