Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our client's team in the greater Chicago Area. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to advance their career in the construction industry with a top-tier company.

Project Manager Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders- Ensure quality and safety standards are met at all times

Project Manager Essential Job Functions:- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues- Review and approve project documentation and reports- Communicate effectively with team members and clients- Implement best practices for project management

Project Manager Skills:- 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction- Strong leadership and communication skills- Excellent time management and organizational abilities- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Proficiency in project management software
