Job Description

Requisition ID: 104349-1Title: Project Manager HR Technology / Digital TransformationDuration: 6+ MonthsLocation: Boston, MASalary Range: $43-$46 per hour on W2 We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of project management and program delivery experience to lead enterprise initiatives involving HR Technology, digital transformation, enterprise applications, and business process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with proven experience working with senior leadership and business stakeholders. Experience with HR-related projects/programs is highly preferred, while Financial Services/Banking experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects and technology initiatives within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Manage project planning, execution, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to define project objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, RAID logs, and governance materials.
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committee meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Proactively identify project risks and dependencies and drive mitigation and resolution.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and influence decisions across business and technology teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Technology, Business, Operations, and Enterprise Application teams.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable project plans and delivery milestones.
  • Ensure effective communication across project teams and leadership.
  • Track project progress and provide regular executive-level status updates.
  • Support governance, compliance, and process requirements associated with HR programs.
  • Coordinate with technology teams on application implementations, enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure project documentation and deliverables are completed according to organizational standards.
  • Drive issue resolution and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Strong project delivery and program coordination experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Strong project planning, execution, coordination, and delivery management skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, issue management, and dependency tracking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing HR-related projects or programs.
  • Experience with HR Technology / HRIT initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise technology and application implementations.
  • Experience with Digital Transformation programs.
  • Experience with Enterprise Applications.
  • Knowledge of Compliance and Governance in HR.
  • Financial Services or Banking domain experience.
  • Experience supporting large, complex enterprise organizations.
