Project Manager Infrastructure / Program Management
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite 4 days/week required) Job Type: Contract Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager with strong experience leading enterprise infrastructure and technology programs. This role requires onsite presence in Denver, CO at least 4 days per week and focuses on delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and Agile project execution across infrastructure and network environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise infrastructure projects including network design, hardware installations, network implementation, load balancing, and firewall configurations
- Lead medium to large-scale complex programs
- Develop business roadmaps aligned with priorities and objectives
- Translate requirements into end-to-end project plans
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define, align, and execute project plans
- Convert strategic vision into program scope and execution strategy
- Partner with business and technical teams to define solutions
- Facilitate joint planning sessions across business and IT teams
- Develop and maintain integrated program schedules (requirements, development, QA, deployment)
- Manage Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Track and report program metrics and KPIs
- Build and maintain JIRA boards, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Identify industry trends and recommend alternative solutions
Required Skills
- Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure programs
- Experience with network design, hardware installations, load balancing, firewall configurations, and implementation
- Experience managing medium to large-scale complex programs
- Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
- Advanced JIRA experience (boards, dashboards, reporting)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Chalkpages
- Experience in large enterprise environments
- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications
