About Our Client

Job Description
Manage 2 to 3 commercial construction projects simultaneously, with values ranging from approximately $1M to $15M. Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from estimator handoff through completion and closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and project documentation. Monitor project financial performance and proactively manage cost, scope, and schedule. Coordinate closely with field operations to ensure successful project execution. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project workflows and reporting. Report directly to senior leadership and collaborate with other project management team members. Oversee a variety of commercial construction projects, including ground-up, renovation, and fit-out work. Travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts as required.
Location: Portsmouth, NH area Work Model: Fully onsite
Compensation: Up to $140,000 base salary, plus profit sharing and annual bonus opportunities

The Successful Applicant
Must-Have Requirements
- 10+ years of construction management experience.
- Demonstrated project management experience on commercial construction projects.
- Experience managing projects valued up to $15M.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work onsite and travel to project locations throughout the region.
- Ideally located within 45 minutes of Portsmouth, NH.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing both ground-up and renovation projects.
- Background overseeing commercial, office, laboratory, or similar construction projects.
- Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.
