Project Manager – Marketing Operations

We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager – Marketing Operations to support high-volume marketing initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and upcoming planning efforts. This role will manage timelines, workflows, and key milestones while helping coordinate the development and delivery of omni-channel creative assets, content, and copy across multiple customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate has experience managing projects within a retail, marketing, creative, or corporate marketing environment and is skilled at keeping cross-functional teams aligned, identifying potential roadblocks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and against business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate omni-channel marketing and creative projects across digital and other customer-facing channels.
• Manage master calendars and ensure teams remain aligned with key campaign and planning milestones.
• Partner with marketing, creative, digital, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and drive projects forward.
• Facilitate project communication, status updates, meetings, and follow-ups throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying bottlenecks, risks, and potential delays.
• Manage changes to project scope, requirements, priorities, and timelines while communicating impacts to stakeholders.
• Support vendor and contractor coordination when external resources are required.
• Ensure creative and marketing deliverables meet established requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, schedules, and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
• Support digital initiatives and operational needs that impact the overall creative development process.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Retail, or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing projects within a retail, marketing, creative, or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, creative development processes, and cross-functional project execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to proactively identify risks and drive solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
