A growing, nationally recognized general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily & Commercial construction projects in the Raleigh market. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of high end builds within a strong pipeline, backed by competitive compensation and a clear growth trajectory.Client DetailsMy client is a well-established, nationally ranked general contractor with a strong presence across the Southeast and a growing footprint in the Raleigh/Durham market. They're known for their repeat business, self-perform capabilities, and ability to deliver complex projects across multifamily and other commercial sectors, supported by a collaborative and growth-focused culture.Description Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution plans
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
Maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and stakeholders
Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively throughout the project life cycle
Provide regular project updates, reporting, and communication to leadership
Drive job site performance and accountability across all phases of construction
Profile 8-10+ years of PM experience in ground-up multifamily builds.Multifamily experience required on projects $40M+Strong communication and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
Effective leader with experience overseeing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proactive problem-solver who can navigate challenges on complex projects
