Project Manager Project Lead

Job Title: Project Manager – Project Lead (10166)Location: Blythewood, South Carolina (Hybrid – 80% Onsite / 20% Remote)Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)Work Schedule: 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday – FridayInterview Process: 2 Rounds – Initial Phone/Virtual Screening followed by Required In-Person InterviewThe role is hybrid, requiring the resource to work onsite approximately 80% of the time, with potential for one day of remote work per week depending on project needs. Candidates must be local to South Carolina or willing to relocate prior to the start date at their own expense.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-level IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings, provide status updates, and communicate project milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Support system modernization initiatives and enterprise technology transformation efforts.
• Maintain project documentation, deliverables, and reporting standards aligned with state requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing Enterprise-Level IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience with project budgeting and financial oversight.
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing System Modernization initiatives.
• Experience working with State Government Agencies.
• Experience collaborating with External Vendors and implementation partners.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Active PMP Certification (Preferred).
