Location:

McLean, VA 22102 (5 days on-site)

Salary Range:

Introduction

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional with experience in risk management, particularly in third-party risk management. The successful candidate will join a dynamic project team and be responsible for the strategy, planning, development, and execution of large-scale business initiatives involving significant third parties. This role involves customer-facing meeting facilitation, gathering feedback, and supporting external customers’ rollout and adoption needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

At least 5 years of related project, risk, or program experience
Experience with project planning, monitoring risk, stakeholder engagement, and multi-tasking skills
Experience with third-party risk management (1st or 2nd line)
Basic proficiency in Excel and SharePoint
Prior work experience at client or in Financial /Banking industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

PMP certification
Experience with OneTrust
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Utilize consultative skills to perform needs and/or gap analysis to determine rollout strategies and plans to meet customer needs, including both broad rollout and customized customer-specific engagements
Facilitate customer engagement and feedback sessions
Collaborate with internal business partners to develop a solid understanding of strategy involving their third parties
Manage multiple workstreams, developing a cohesive project plan and rollout strategy
Facilitate meetings and conference calls, including scheduling, developing agendas, and documenting action items
