Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily and/or country club projects across the West Palm Beach area. This is a long‑term opportunity with a highly reputable firm offering stability, support, and a strong pipeline of local work.

Description

    • Manage ground-up and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout
    • Oversee schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
    • Lead field teams and ensure safety, quality, and compliance
    • Maintain strong client communication and manage stakeholder expectations
    • Drive accountability to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
    • Develop project strategies, logistics plans, and risk mitigation measures

Profile

    • 5-10+ years of experience managing multifamily or country club construction projects
    • Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and build client trust
    • Solid tenure within previous roles-stable work history is a must
    • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • Local Florida experience preferred
