- Manage ground-up and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
- Lead field teams and ensure safety, quality, and compliance
- Maintain strong client communication and manage stakeholder expectations
- Drive accountability to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Develop project strategies, logistics plans, and risk mitigation measures

Profile
- 5-10+ years of experience managing multifamily or country club construction projects
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and build client trust
- Solid tenure within previous roles-stable work history is a must
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Local Florida experience preferred
