Job Description

Plan and coordinate daily construction site activities to keep projects moving according to schedule. Monitor project progress and address site issues that may affect delivery. Coordinate contractors and on-site teams to complete work in line with project plans. Review work completed on site and track activities against project requirements. Maintain clear project records, including schedules, site updates, and completion status. Communicate project updates with relevant construction stakeholders. Coordinate materials, equipment, and site resources needed for planned work. Support project closeout activities and confirm completed work is ready for handover.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager/Site Manager should have:

Experience coordinating construction projects and on-site activities.
Experience managing project schedules, priorities, and day-to-day site progress.
Experience working with contractors, construction teams, and project stakeholders.
Ability to identify site issues and coordinate practical next steps.
Experience maintaining accurate project documentation and status updates.
Ability to coordinate materials, equipment, and resources for construction work.
