Immediate need for a talented Project Manager – Solventum Revenue Cycle Management Implementation. Key Responsibilities:

• Summary- The Project Manager will lead end-to-end implementation of Solventum Revenue Cycle Management solutions, coordinating internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. 
• The role requires strong healthcare IT project leadership, especially across complex RCM workflows, integrations, change management, and post-go-live support.
• Serve as the primary leadership point of contact for Solventum RCM implementation projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structure for implementation delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including implementation, technical, training, support, and client stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client status meetings, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee change management, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and stabilization activities.
• Work with vendors and third parties to resolve implementation issues and ensure deliverables are met.
• Track project performance, escalate risks, and drive issue resolution to keep implementation on track.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT, revenue cycle, or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional implementation projects with external clients and vendors.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, healthcare operations, and implementation best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Familiarity with integration planning, workflow redesign, and healthcare system interfaces.
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certification.
• Background in Epic, EHR/EMR, billing, claims, or patient accounting implementations.
