The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction management principles.Key Responsibilities:

• * Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• * Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• * Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• * Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• * Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in healthcare facilities.
• * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• * Proficiency in project management software and tools.
