Key Responsibilities:Assist general manager and plant supervisor with schedule coordination, material ordering, quality control review, etc. Utilize metal fabrication experience to optimize production processes

Produce quality drawings using AutoCADFoster a culture of motivation, leadership, and accountability

Assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment, prioritizing health and safety procedures

Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives

Qualifications:Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing Strong drafting skills required

Leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and enforce standards

Clear communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective teamwork

Integrity-driven mindset, upholding professional standards in all actions

Resilience under pressure, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly

Analytical prowess to gather insights and drive informed decision-makingWillingness to jump in and to help with all aspects of the manufacturing process tasks
