Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of an SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) / Agent Performance Management (APM) project, part of the SAP SuccessFactors portfolio.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
- 3+ years of experience managing SAP implementation projects.
- Experience leading SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) or Agent Performance Management (APM) projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing distributed and remote project teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
