This role entails managing multiple sites simultaneously under 4-6 week project durations and requires significant travel (60-75%), including mandatory on-site presence at crucial project phases. The ideal candidate should have experience with vendor management and installations, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for third-party vendors, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate and oversee the installation and decommissioning of work environments, ensuring adherence to project scopes and timelines.
- Manage logistical aspects of project sites, involving extensive travel and periodic adjustments in work hours to meet project demands.
- Lead kickoff and preliminary calls with site contacts and manage the ordering and procurement processes via systems like Coupa.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with stakeholders and vendors.
- Proven capability in managing extensive projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and teams.
- Prior experience in installations and vendor management, preferably within the logistics or similar operational heavy environments.
