Pay Range: $45 - $47 per hour#LP

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager to join our Global Industry Operations (GIO) team within Music, focused on expertly connecting artists with fans through strategic program management and operational improvements. Involves overseeing major campaigns and initiatives across diverse music genres while working to enhance operational efficiency and content workflows within the music industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating effective external partnerships and delivering high-impact projects that engage fans and support artists' visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage large-scale, cross-organizational campaigns and initiatives within the music industry, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and refine project management processes and tools (using platforms like Monday.com and Salesforce) to streamline operations and reduce friction in label collaborations.
Engage closely with internal and external stakeholders, including record labels and artist management teams, to foster strong partnerships and support content promotion and fan engagement.
Contribute to the Operational Excellence stream by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions across team functions.
Monitor project progress against goals, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency with Monday.com
Experience with Salesforce
Familiarity with AI tools

Preferred Domain Experience:

Experience in the music industry, particularly involving operations or close collaborations with labels, artists, and music-centric campaigns.
