Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of network spans connecting AWS data centers. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project progress through various phases, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery. This is an operational role focused on process adherence and efficient execution within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate project requirements and ensure supplier readiness for network span delivery.
- Monitor and manage workflow progress, coordinating with engineering and field teams.
- Triage and resolve issues encountered during the physical build and validation phases.
- Report on project portfolio status, identifying systemic issues for escalation.
- Maintain and improve coordination procedures and documentation.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Understanding of supply chain principles and coordination.
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure concepts.
Industry Experience:
- This role requires experience in telecommunications or data center operations, with a strong emphasis on managing complex logistical processes and interdependencies.
