Project/Program Manager II

Responsible for the coordination and completion of the project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.Day-to-day duties:

• Business rebrands, from bigger to smaller brand architecture.
• Working w/ supplier and internal teams to gather info (ex. Inventory, gather documents for claim validations)
• Workflow w/ direct tasks need to be done.
• Working off expected tasks project management heavy
• Help scale the full-time team who are focusing on other tasks
• Maybe creating trackers
• Making sure teammates are meeting deadlines and moving through tasks within correct time frame.
• Manage stakeholders
• Working with cross-functional teams

Top Must-Have Hard Skills

• A bachelor's degree is preferred; HSD/GED minimum.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management
• Software: MS Office, experience with Asana or other PM software.
• PLM tool experience would be a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Stakeholder management
• Meeting notes gathering and sending out updates.
• Tracker creation would be a plus as well.
