Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of the project/program.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects.
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of the project/program.
  • Prepares and presents reports for leadership regarding the status of the project/program.
Expectations
  • Working with multiple stakeholders (Stakeholder Management)
  • Working with different functions within the team externally, providing value & moving things forward in specific projects/programs
  • High emphasis on stakeholder piece & general project management skills
  • Manage data and reporting
  • Experience with voice of customer/feedback programs and survey creation is not required, but a plus
  • Have a balance of doing things that are operational and sometimes broader, and rely on soft skills of working with stakeholders.
  • 4-7 years of experience with Project Management.
  • The project they are working on is Beta program leading up to the launches of devices and features. This person can be involved in assisting in Beta programs/future launches, putting together surveys to assess devices/data they receive, and putting together actionable insights/recommendations on data collected.
  • Projects geared towards improving internal team processes/streamlining things.
