This role involves managing and expanding our client base within a specified territory, generating leads, and converting them into sales. You will be responsible for selling our HVAC systems and solutions to a diverse range of clients in the construction industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales and HVAC expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within a specified territory, identifying new opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Generate leads through various methods, including prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct direct sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our HVAC systems and solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking sales activities and revenue achievements.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in territory sales, direct sales, lead generation, prospecting, and outside sales, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client base.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
