A bit about us:

An established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on larger, more complex commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution.

This is an opportunity for a Superintendent who wants to take ownership of major projects, mentor developing field staff, and become a key leader within a growing construction operation.

Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable, along with experience in commercial, institutional, industrial, or renovation projects.

Job Details

8+ years of commercial construction experience3+ years leading field operations as a Superintendent or equivalentExperience managing larger or more complex commercial projects preferredStrong commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and building systems knowledgeExperience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project phasesHealthcare, institutional, industrial, or renovation experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedulesOSHA 30 Certification requiredFirst Aid/CPR preferredProcore and Bluebeam experience preferredMicrosoft Office proficiency required
