Description
- Oversee daily on‑site construction activities while enforcing OSHA and company safety standards
- Develop project work plans and maintain rolling 3‑week look‑ahead schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure schedule and quality targets are met
- Lead weekly job site meetings and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain daily reports, site photos, and project documentation
- Review drawings, submittals, and specifications for compliance with design intent and code requirements
- Conduct quality control inspections and actively mitigate project risks
- Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for owners and stakeholders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site with a focus on client satisfaction
Profile
Must‑Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience (Superintendent or similar leadership role preferred)
- Collaborative mindset aligned with a design/build environment
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Nice‑to‑Have Experience
- Procore experience
- K-12 or education construction experience
- Established relationships with local subcontractors

Job Offer
- Salary range: $90,000-$115,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Company vehicle and gas card
