We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead onsite construction operations for complex commercial, healthcare, industrial, and institutional projects. Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through final closeout.
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, manpower planning, and trade sequencing.
- Enforce company safety programs, job hazard analyses, and OSHA compliance.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and long‑lead items.
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and look‑ahead planning sessions.
- Maintain jobsite documentation including daily reports, safety logs, quality checklists, and photos.
- Oversee quality control, punch‑list execution, and turnover activities.
- Serve as the primary onsite representative for owners, inspectors, and design professionals.
- Partner closely with the Project Manager to address schedule impacts, scope changes, and risk mitigation.
Profile
- 6-12+ years of superintendent experience on commercial or institutional construction projects.
- Strong background in healthcare, education, industrial, hospitality, or corporate projects.
- Experience working in occupied or operational environments preferred.
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and site logistics.
- Proven leadership ability with strong communication and organizational skills.
- A safety‑first mindset with a history of clean, well‑run jobsites.
- Ability to support multiple projects or travel regionally as project needs dictate.
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $105,000 - $135,000
- Total Compensation (with bonus): $120,000 - $155,000
- Annual Bonus: 10-20% (performance‑based)
- Vehicle / Allowance: $700 - $1,100 per month
