Overview
Job Description
- Work independently to maintain and operate all Chemical and Gas delivery equipment.
- Knowledge of how the Mechanical portion of the equipment works, identifying individual components included in each assembly, and performing non-invasive preventive maintenance.
- Perform daily rounds, including verifying purifier set points, recording readings, calibrating analytical equipment, completing safety surveys, monitoring inventory levels, and verifying monitoring systems.
- Maintain product inventories.
- Perform container change-outs.
- Strong Mechanical skills and Sub-fab experience required for Semiconductor equipment maintenance and repair.
- Must be physically capable of extended standing, walking over 5 miles per shift, lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, and overhead reaching.
- Required to wear full PPE, including safety glasses, hard hat, earplugs, chemical aprons, gloves, and safety boots.
- May need to wear a Supplied Air Respirator for short durations during chemical handling tasks.
- Expertise with APC Ken controllers, gas cabinets, VMBs, and flowmeters.
