Property Accounting Manager – Go Store It Location: Philadelphia, PA

We're looking for a sharp, driven Accounting Manager to lead our property management accounting team. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financials, optimizing month-end processes, and supporting a diverse portfolio of real estate assets across the U.S.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and coach a team of senior and property accountants

- Oversee full-cycle accounting for real estate entities- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financials- Manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals & more- Record key transactions (sales, purchases, refinancing)- Process AP and manage intercompany reconciliations- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for investors and stakeholders- Collaborate cross-functionally with property teams- Support audits, tax prep, and due diligence efforts- Drive process improvements and support operational excellence

What You Bring:• Bachelor’s degree required (CPA a big plus!)• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (real estate or property management preferred)• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills• Experience with Yardi (property + investment accounting modules preferred)• Strong leadership skills — you know how to manage, mentor, and motivate• Excellent communication and time management abilities
