Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty P&C Insurance License required
- Life & Health Insurance License preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to develop new business while maintaining exceptional client relationships
- Insurance sales experience preferred, but we welcome candidates with proven sales success and a desire to grow in the insurance industry
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community relationships
- Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance products throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
- Manage and grow a profitable book of business
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining accurate client records
- Stay current with insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements
