We are looking for a candidate with a hybrid skill set of analytical and sales tactics to join our team as an property casualty insurance agent. Our ideal candidate is both smart and humbly confident; someone who is not easily intimidated when problem-solving to identify and sell the best policies for our clients. This full-time position comes with plentiful growth opportunities and generous sales bonuses in a successful independent agency.   • Focus almost exclusively on the prospect identification and conversion process where you can confidently advise, close and warmly transfer the new client to a team member who is responsible for the post-sale and account maintenance, so you are free to continue your quest for new clients
  • Retain existing clients through your involvement in policy renewal reviews and assisting with other servicing as needed
  • The mix of time spent and revenue from new business to existing business is expected to be approximately 70/30

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven record of successful sales experience
LOCATION:The candidate will be based in the Lake Elmo, MN office, with the potential for a combination of onsite and remote after a proven track record of success.The pay rate for the first year is a base salary of $2,000 per month plus 50% of new business commissions earned by the agency that you have produced. After one year, the base salary is eliminated and pay is based on new and renewal commissions.Let's get to know each other...apply today!
