CENCO Claims is seeking a dependable Residential Property Adjuster to support daily field inspections throughout the Alamogordo, NM area. As spring conditions bring increased wind, dust storms, and occasional hail across southern New Mexico, this role offers a steady flow of residential assignments, flexible scheduling, and reliable support from an experienced claims team.

Position Overview:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential properties following recent weather activity

• Evaluate and document damages related to wind, dust-driven events, hail, and water intrusion

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Capture clear photo documentation and detailed field notes

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier contacts

• Manage claim files efficiently and submit reports within required timelines

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage assignments independently in a field environment

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Active New Mexico adjuster license or designated home state license
