Ready to Put Your Property Claims Expertise to Work?

CCA Global Partners is seeking an experienced Property Claims Estimate Reviewer Specialist to join our Strategic Partners Group in St. Louis.

In this role, you'll leverage your property claims and estimating expertise to conduct detailed technical reviews of property insurance estimates involving flooring, water mitigation, roofing, and general construction repairs. You'll play a critical role in ensuring estimate accuracy, consistency, and compliance while supporting contractors, vendors, and insurance partners throughout the claims process.

This position is ideal for a property claims professional who enjoys analytical work, problem-solving, construction estimating, and being recognized as a technical expert within a collaborative team environment.

Why Adjusters Like This Role

  • Hybrid work schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration Tuesdays through Thursdays. While this role is based in St. Louis, MO, remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates residing in approved states where CCA Global Partners is currently authorized to employ team members. Priority consideration may be given to candidates located in the Midwest and Western United States.
  • Opportunity to utilize and expand your property estimating expertise.
  • Collaborative team environment focused on quality and customer service.
  • Work with industry-leading estimating platforms and construction-related claims.
  • Meaningful impact on claim accuracy, customer satisfaction, and business results.

What You'll Do

  • Review, analyze, and revise estimates for medium to large property loss claims using estimating software such as Xactimate and similar platforms. Validate scope, pricing, labor, materials, diagrams, and floor plan accuracy. Provide clear technical review notes and recommendations.
  • Manage an assigned queue of estimates to ensure timely completion and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), productivity goals, and cycle-time expectations.
  • Communicate with contractors, flooring providers, mitigation vendors, and insurance representatives to clarify scope discrepancies, resolve estimate concerns, and ensure claim requirements are met.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to contractors and vendors regarding estimating best practices, software usage, and correction requirements to improve estimate quality and reduce rework.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in property claims estimating, property claims adjusting, or a closely related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Xactimate or similar property estimating platforms.
  • Active Insurance Adjuster License preferred (required for out of state applicants)
  • Strong understanding of flooring systems, water mitigation, roofing, and general construction practices.
  • Ability to interpret sketches, diagrams, and detailed scopes of work.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid math skills and spatial reasoning abilities, including the ability to conceptualize dimensions and layouts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and insurance professionals.

How We Take Care of You

  • Collaborate with a passionate group of leaders, peers, and industry professionals.
  • Recognition for your accomplishments through growth, development, and compensation opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits designed to support you and your family through every stage of life.
  • A welcoming, team-focused culture where your expertise is valued and your contributions make a difference.
